“I bought a Dell computer on the internet and when it arrived at my house it was not configured the way that I wanted it. I called Dell to arrange to have it picked up by UPS. I was given a track number by UPS. I paid cash for this computer. I was given credit for the returned computer. For the past two years I have gotten calls at my job, at home from Dell’s financial dept saying that I owe for this computer and how they are going to tune me over to the credit bureau. I am sick of getting this calls. How can I sue these people???? I am fed up with this company.”
