Brian S. Laviage, Attorney at Law
Brian S. Laviage is a native Houstonian and graduate of the University of Houston Law Center. He has been practicing law in Houston ever since.
While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Laviage was a member of the Texas Consumer Law Journal where he acquired the knowledge to fight for consumer rights. In addition, during his schooling, Mr. Laviage interned for the Honorable Francis H. Stacey of the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas, as well as the Honorable Cheryl A. Johnson of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
As well as an attorney, Mr. Laviage is an accomplished mediator, certified under the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act. He has facilitated well over 100 mediations in his career.
Mr. Laviage received an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin where Mr. Laviage graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Following an impressive undergraduate career and prior to law school, Mr. Laviage worked with the Texas Attorney General where he was exposed to criminal law and Post-Conviction litigation. There he assisted the Texas Attorney General in fighting for Texans’ rights.
